Fire Extinguisher Refill?

Anyone know of a local place I can get a fire extinguisher recharged? A co-worker suggested the fire dept. Is that something they do?

I've used West Park Services, on Lorain just west of W150. The recharging is not cheap, and of course not all types can be recharged.
We have the dry powder type for our boat, and I can't recall if they couldn't be recharged, or if it just cost less to buy new ones, but my kids enjoyed firing them off when I opted to buy new ones, and I think a little experience doing that is not a bad thing.
