Bike Lanes?

As I was going over many notes on the streetscape I see bike lanes mentioned. So I would like to ask Tim Liston if you are out there about them.
In my many conversations about biking and BikeLakewood I always thought you were against lanes. Was this correct?
I thought you were an advocate for "Watch for bikers" signage, but thought bike lanes were unsafe. When School Board President and Sgt. Ed Favre started what became BikeLakewood, I thought i remembered you two arguing this one.
Has your thoughts changed on this and why?
If you are now for it, do we have enough knowledge, to do it without massive studies and funding? You seem to be the Zen Master of Biking in Lakewood, could we just tell street crews where to try it?
Could we pay graffiti artists to lay down the lines, then arrest them.
Just curious.
Also might be interesting in partnering with you on new patent.
That is if you are tired of software.
