Serpentini Arena?

Driving past Winterhurst this afternoon I thought I saw a new sign saying "Serpentini Arena".
I presume this is part of the new management agreement. Does anyone know if the entire building is being renamed, or just the inside?
I know naming rights annoy many people, but I don't mind this one.
I think the schools should sell naming rights to the football stadium, too. Given the high amount of exposure that place gets throughout NE Ohio, they could make a lot of money.
