hinkley lighting

I see hinkley lighting on berea rd is now listed. I know it was written of their eventual move to larger pastures but any update on interest in the berea rd property? Toyota plant? Solar panel manufacturer? Dollar Store?

I was begging someone to buy it for me so I can turn it into a kennel. No one wanted to. LOL. It would be a great tax right off....(man I need more coffee)
There was a dollar store over there already (attahced to Pat Catan's) and that too went out of business.
