This weekend I spoke with two restaurant owners about opening in Lakewood. One would be medium priced, the other an alternative to 3-Birds.
They know Lakewood well and love it.
I also have noticed that some(4) of the $300,000+ homes sold this past week or have sales pending.
It would seem we are beating back the PD perceptions, now if we can just get Lakewoodites to quit trying to burn the city down with hate.
