Earth Hour

Anybody wonder just how much power Lakewood could save for just one hour tonight. Somehow I doubt the city will be turning off the streetlights. To bad. Remeber the power outage a few years back. What a diffrent look of thing with no lights.

If we all just turned of our house lights for an hour, but keep our power on, that alone in our dense city would make a noteworthy decrease in power consumption. Imagine counting all the light-bulbs in Lakewood.
The Google page sure looks wierd.
