To Fund or not to Fund?

I may be jumping on this a little late. I was wondering if anybody had any info on the state of funding for the Lakewood Early Childhood programs. (the Lakewood Family Room to be exact) I have heard grumblings of the mayors plans for funding these assets to our community. I would just like to get some more information if anybody has it.
