Kucinich endorsement

We've been inundated with mailings from the local Democratic party with an official Democratic ballot listing the endorsed candidates. Notably absent is an endorsement for the 10th Congressional district.
I can't recall when an incumbent has not been endorsed (perhaps my memory is defective), but I looked in vain for an endorsement for Kucinich. So what is the story? Is the party finally living up to its name? I don't read the PD web site, as I find it very poorly organized, and I canceled our subscription as I didn't want to subsidize their striving for mediocrity, and the national media has nothing on this issue.
