Was in Cleveland Heights yesterday, where they have the same meters, I believe, that we are ininstalling here.
The one I parked at had a troubling message.
While speaking to a Cleveland Heights police officer, he explained that is the message that comes up when the meter is broken. It had nothing to do with me personally. Whew!

Looks like your time has expired. Permanently.

Brian
I had mentioned to the officer, that I heard they were tough in the heights but this was over kill!
If it was for me I was expecting it to be a little different during and afterwards.
Not even hot down here, seems just like yesterday.

Jim,
I can't believe you've stooped this low. Wern't they just discussing how the LO was nothing more than a tabloid in another thread, and here you are posting pictures of the deceased.
Disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourself. Did you even consider how this meter's family must feel? Has the traffic department even had a chance to notify next of kin?
This is the most disturbing image since seeing the picture of Ken Warren in a Yankees hat.
