Re: Bank Robbery 1616 W 117th St. Fifth Third Bank Report # 07-008880

The suspect in this incident, Daniel L. Johnson, 38 years old, was arrested in the area of 13337 Madison. After a robbery at a Fairview Park Bank information was received from Fairview Park P.D. that Mr. Johnson was in a taxicab at Madison and Waterbury. Officers from Lakewood PD and Fairview Park PD responded to the area and apprehended Mr. Johnson. He is currently being held in the Fairview Park Jail.

Re: Shooting at Muny Lot #8 1377 Gladys Ave. Report # 07-008341

With the assistance of the U.S. Marshall’s Office, Francisco L. Rodriguez was arrested on our warrant for attempted aggravated murder. The arrest was made, without resistance, at a home in Elyria, Ohio. Mr. Rodriguez is currently being held in the Lakewood City Jail.
