What's That Smell

Okay, does anyone know what that awful smell is pervading the south side of Madison from at least Warren to Bunts?
Smells like stink bombs or sulphur or something. Uck.

After having to stop alcohol sales early, and having more than a dozen fights and dozens of yankee AND indians fans kicked out, I think it's safe to say that the Yankees are stinking up the place!
