Ward 3 or Ward 4?

I'm confused as to which ward I live in. I spoke with Councilwoman Madigan on Saturday, which led me to believe I live in Ward 4. According to the map, I live in Ward 3.
I live on Madison, east of Waterbury.

According to the information I have the east boundary of Ward 3 is:
Nicholson Avenue north from Detroit Ave
Clarence Avenue - from Detroit to Madison
Waterbury - from Madison to Lakewood Hts Blvd

The east side of Nicholson is in Ward 4 (at least North of Lake). Correct me if I am wrong.

Beginning at a point in the intersection of the south shore of Lake Erie and the center line of Nicholson Avenue; thence south in the center line of Nicholson Avenue to the center line of Detroit Avenue; thence east in the center line of Detroit Avenue to the center line of Clarence Avenue;
thence south in the center line of Clarence Avenue to the center line of Madison Avenue; thence west in the center line of Madison Avenue to the center line of Waterbury Road; thence south in the center line of Waterbury Road to the center line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard and the south corporation line; thence west in the center line of Lakewood Heights Boulevard and the south corporation line to the center line of Warren Road; thence north in the center line of Warren Road to the center line of Bayes Avenue; thence east in the center line of Bayes Avenue to the center line of Belle Avenue; thence north in the center line of Belle Avenue and Belle Avenue extended to the south shore of Lake Erie to the point of beginning.
