Prenatal Classes start up again @ Sacred Hour Massage and Yoga, located @ 15217-15219 Madison Avenue (corner of Mars Avenue.)
Our last session was very popular.
CLasses are $12 per drop in, and the prenatal Yoga starts this Saturday , the 1st @ 11 am-12:15pm
We also have a prenatal Yoga workshop coming up on September 16th.
