Sacred Hour Massage and Yoga is happy to announce and new Fall Yoga schedule

Monday @ 7pm Active Vinyasa with Jackie
Tuesday @ 7:30 am Sunrise Yoga with Jackie Toth
@ 7pm Hatha Flow with Tabitha Ansley
Thursday @ 9:30-10:45 am Hatha Yoga with Tabitha Ansley
Friday @ 7-8:15pm Hatha Flow Tabitha Ansley
Saturday @ 11am Prenatal Yoga with Tabitha Ansley
@12:30 Restorative Yoga with Jackie Toth
All classes are $12 per person. You may drop in at any time and pay as you go. Private Yoga therapy or yoga instruction is available. Thank you
We also have added workshops in September and October. A great selection to choose from which are available to be viewed on our website @ www.sacredhour.com after September 1st.
