6 people killed in the region yesterday, in seperate incidents of violence.
3 people killed at the Kenny Chesney Show in Cleveland,
3 more around Cleveland. (according to channel 19 news)
It will be nice sharing fun facts like this with our regional family.

Sorry to bring up an old post, but I'm just not finding any mention anywhere of three people being killed at the Kenny Chesney concert. All I find are articles about the sewers backing up.
Jim, could you please tell me where you got these facts? If three people were killed at the Kenny Chesney concert, that would be major news ... unless somehow you have a scoop you're not sharing!

It was while I was watching Channel 19 News, it was "after" the Kenny Chesney concert. Check their news.

No troubles at the Bob Dylan concert. Just great music and a great show.

Guess whoever you heard from doesn't speak 'Bob' then.
If you didn't get to go, the entire concert is on the net. Gotta love those internets...

just checking, because apparently no one was actually killed at the Chesney concert, though there were certainly some shootings that day. But they still appear utterly unrelated. I checked Channel 19's website, and they talk about some shootings that day, but there seems to be no link between them and Kenny Chesney.
Just wanted to make sure, because there's been a lot of stuff on this Deck about major increases in crime and gangs and etc. Your statement took me by surprise, because I had heard absolutely nothing about any killings at the Chesney concert, and I thought something like that would have been major news.

I will go back and see.
They did a story about trouble after the show, and it seemed related. Then they were talking of three murders. It seemed related, maybe I heard the tease, and thought they were related.
Much better day only 3 murders!
