Leak and the LO?

For all you conspiracy theorists out there. Sometime in the past two weeks (the time between submission of articles and yesterday's issue distribution) the lamp post across the street, that is the focus of my article, has either been shut off or is broken.
So I ask you, is this the result of...
a) a mole inside the LO tipping off the city.
b) a watergate style covert spy ring
c) global warming
d) complete and utter coincidence
you be the judge.

Global warming.
Everything is caused by global warming. Unless it is something good.
FYI: I loved you article on protesters in the last issue.

Brett,
We can only hope that a mole who mentions things to the powers that be gets them fixed.
It would be a great day in Lakewood if it were ony that easy.
Let's see if you can come up with a list of some more problems (let's start with little ones that the "mole" can deliver to the city administration. If that works, maybe the "mole" can let them know that you are working on bigger stories.

Yes
Every paper and news source in the city uses the Observer right until they attack us.
On the bright side is The FreeTimes who understand that it works for everyone to work with the local civic newspaper.

I'm really hoping the city responds to my challenge. My plan is to first verify the individual issues, and then take then en-masse to the Mayor and Council.
It should be interesting.
