In our country today, people often complain that the real decisions are handled by a small group of "insiders" who meet in a secret place and decide what the rest of us will do.
Well, I have a confession to make.
I'm one of "them".
Yes, so many of you have wondered about so many other people on this 'Deck.
You don't have to worry about me anymore.
I'm one of "them"!
You see, every couple of years, I go to that secret place where I help make decisions that will affect all of your lives.
Only a relatively small group of people actually do this.
It's an awesome feeling...that power of being an "insider"...
