Bravo to Sako Satka for saving and improving one of Lakewood’s landmarks. Today the Plain Dealer featured the story of the Faerber/Morse house on the corner of Nicholson and Lake.

What a house! Kudos to the Observer, The Lakewood Historical Society, Lakewood's Planning Commission and Development Department, Lakewood's Law Department, Mayor Tom George, Lakewood City council, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Timothy McGinty, and the hundreds of Lakewood's citizens who participated in the democratic process.
This is good news for Lakewood.
