cleaning up the TRASH in Lakewood

The Flintstone vehicles are great. However, I notice there are no public trash cans/barrels from about Berea Road to Detroit, the ENTIRE way along W 117th. TWhy was this area missed? Do we need to adopt a trash can Jane Campbell style?
The last time I was walking by and used the one at that gas station by Franklin (10 to 20 feet in from the sidewalk) for a bottle of empt iced tea, I thought they were going to call the cops on me.
