Channel 3 states that they "flipped the switch" - Freudian slip???

I see this as a potential catalyst to bring new offices and other buildings downtown. The windmill can supply all the energy needs.
Also, I notice they state/imply that the wind turbine was invented in Cleveland. Then again, some claim the traffic light was invented in Cleveland (London had one about 50 years earlier), and some try to steal "first in flight" from NC with the "birthplace of aviation" slogan
