LakewoodAlive Forum: A 2020 Vision for Our Main Street

“Main Street: A National, State and Local Perspective,â€Â￾ Wednesday, May 10 at 7:00 pm at Lakewood Hospital's Wasmer Auditorium.

Led by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Main Street is an economic development and preservation program that assists communities in revitalizing traditional commercial districts.

Speakers: Joyce Barrett, program director for Heritage Ohio in Columbus and Sandra Hull, executive director of Main Street Wooster will explain the key elements of a successful Main Street program, demonstrate how it has worked in other communities and tell us how it will benefit the city of Lakewood.

Lakewood Community Progress Inc (LCPI), the oversight organization for Lakewood's Main Street program (now in its infancy),and LakewoodAlive have joined forces to bring this inspiring and exciting programming to our community.

All Observers are encouraged to attend - enter through the Belle Avenue entrance of the hospital and take a look at the gorgeous new lobby if you haven't seen it yet. We hope to see you there!
