Observation Deck Upgrades

The Observation Deck will be closed for a period of time on the morning of Sunday, Feb 5th for some technical upgrades.
The length of time the Deck will be offline depends on how fast the upgrades can be implemented.

Some of the upgrade went well, but not all of our improvements were installed.
At least the security portion of the upgrade went well!
