I missed our first marriage anniversary, which was yesterday. My wife missed it too. We have a huge wall calendar hanging up with December already showing on it, and both of us thought it was tomorrow. It was Nov.29th. My apologies to all the members here for hogging up some forum space, but Happy 1st Anniversary to my beautiful wife, a super mother, an awesome singer, partner and mate (btw, all the same person ) for the last couple of decades. Btw if anyone would like to hear her singing, as we are pro's , just click on
www.markproject.com/markandkaren.html ..I'm told Mystery is the sexiest song of the 7 posted but your all welcome to listen to them all . They're free for now , and mp3's.
Shameless plug, we DO play private functions, do jazz and music clinics and assorted other things too.
Happy 1st Anniversary Karen.

Happy Anniversary.
I encourage those that have not hear them, to check it out.
Let me tell you a Anniversary nightmare. My family has a long tradition of getting married on Thanksgiving. So my wife and I gladly followed the tradition and got married on Thanksgiving, now 20 years ago. Shortly after our first Anniversary we pulled into a bank machine and I was driving. My wife wanted to get a quick twenty out. As I was driving she handed me her card and said, "The code is our anniversary." Well that darn Thanksgiving day is a floating Holiday, so the first two numbers i put in came back WRONG, and the third keeps the card. So I turned to my still very new bride and said, "Ahhhhhhhhh what are the numbers?"
Since that time we have stuck with random numbers which seem far easier to remember, with another interesting side effect. Both of us forget the day, and now we just celebrate whenever there is turkey in the air.
(next Uncle Jim story: How the differnce between 2 and 22 cost me $1,000)
.

J & D OB - I forgot it was 20 years!
P.S. Your anniversary is the day before my birthday (Mark's is on my birthday...), so I should be able to remind you, but this illustrates why DH & I were married on 11/11.
