Thought some of you might find the attached interesting. Please feel free to add information (position, etc.) and re-post. I wasn't able to upload an Excel file , which would have made it a little easier.
Summary: 1) many names you will recognize, 2) signatories to 5/27/2015, letter to Council gave $5,115 to Summers (only what is on this one semiannual report).
