Summers/LHA Ad in LO: Proof of Illegal Politcal Propoganda w/ BL CCF

Post by Brian Essi »

LHA/CCF Trustees (led by Summers) continue to compound their illegal concerted political and business activities with CCF and BL.

The paid advertisement in the latest Lakewood Observer (cast as an "Open Letter to Lakewood") serves as substantial and conclusive evidence of:

1. That CCF/Summers/BL agenda is concerted political activity---The message is directly in line with the Summers/CCF/BL political talking points.

2. Ongoing criminal activity conducted by CCF--the false statements in the "letter" are evidence pointing to CCF's efforts to "Secure Writings by Deception"--a felony--more on that later.

3. Even the Blue background in the ad is the same color as BL shirts and posters.

4. Clear intentional ongoing breach of fiduciary duties by Trustees--they are pitching economic development using knowingly false statements--The LHA charter mandates their mission is to operate a hospital and they are prohibited from engaging in political activities designed support to candidates and influence elections.

With this ad, CCF and Summers have put a noose around the neck of each Trustee that will be used by future Plaintiffs' lawyers to hang them.

Summers, Bullock and LHA Trustee/BL member Rebecca Patton et al may be considered accomplices in the scheme.

I would be interested to know who actually prepared and paid for this ad.

Brian-- I read that advertisement yesterday and even though I'm no lawyer it seemed to me to be an inadvertent total admission of wrongdoing in each and every claim that was made. Seems to me that W.C.Fields was their counsel in reviewing the ad copy!
