Councilman and LHA Member - and Team Summers and Build Lakewood cheerleader - Tom Bullock states that, while there is nothing the court decanting documents relied upon by Congressman Dennis Kucinich and Save Lakewood Hospital supporters that are false, Bullock argues that the decanting documents discovered during the litigation process are not relevant to the decanting allegations underlying the lawsuit - even though the decanting facts were produced by the defendants themselves.

Cannot dispute the FACTS but he sure can SPIN!

I heard that Tom wants to run for a state office in the near future. As if messing up Lakewood wasn't enough for him, now it appears he wants to try to screw up the state too! This man is a clown. Tom, do us all a favor and resign!

Bullock: "People should be angry" with Skindell and Kucinich.

Reality: People are angry with Bullock and Summers.

Bullock: Council is considering everything that Kucinich said, but that Kucinich's "interpretation is inaccurate."

Reality: Council voted to negotiate with CCF, and not consider the new evidence or hold CCF accountable.

Bullock:" If there is a legal angle, then we could pursue that, but there is none"
"If we could pursue another round of an RFP, I would support that. I do not think there is time."

Reality: There is a lawsuit pending to hold parties accountable, but Summers, Butler and Bullock are fighting that "legal angle."
Council can pursue RFP's, Bullock does not support that, and even though there is plenty of time.

You're right again--it's BullockSpeak--arrogant, snobby, condescending, befuddling, self-serving grandstanding. A complete breach if trust lacking intellectual honesty.

Hurry! There's no time! We have to destroy the hospital and push the deal through before the election!
