It's very important to keep fighting and not get complacent. Although we've already won in the court of public opinion, as evidenced by the majority of residents who question this "deal," it is imperative that we keep working towards our goal. Make phone calls, send e-mails, distribute literature, talk to your neighbors, attend SLH meetings, and most importantly, VOTE.

"The Powers That Be" won't go down without a fight.
It's important that people stay involved....the Mayor and his cronies will spend a lot of money to protect their positions.
As we've seen repeatedly, City Hall is fighting to keep its jobs....Jen Pae is constantly monitoring and commenting on social media.
Today BL launched an anti-Issue 64 campaign.
Democracy is not popular with that bunch.
It's important that people stay involved....the Mayor and his cronies will spend a lot of money to protect their positions.

What hubris! Another secret, dirty plot to get what he and his friends want without a care in the world for what Lakewoodites want.
He's got to go.
If a deal for a new family health care center is reached before election day, Mayor Summers believes it would preempt the November vote requiring citizen approval of any closing.
