Bullock Perpetuates LIE to Hide Key Step in Decanting Fraud

On May 13, 2015, Hospital President Ritchie lied to LHA claiming that the Ohio Department of Health had terminated a vital cardiac program at the hospital that was a number 1 driver of losses this year. Tom Bullock repeated that lie to City Council on three separate occasions. It has been proven through, among other things, CCF and official government documents that Mr. Ritchie terminated that program, not the government. In fact, documents and testimony from the government prove that CCF transferred vital personnel and records to Fairview (a step in the Decanting Plan) and failed and refused to staff the Lakewood program all so that Lakewood would lose money.
So rather than admit that he passed on lies and he participated in misleading City Council and the public, Tom Bullock perpetuates the LIE to hide and further CCF's Decant of Lakewood into Fairview. This is a clear violation of his sworn duties to Lakewood and LHA.
So there is substantial evidence of fraud and malicious intent on the part of CCF. Faced with that evidence, at City Hall on Monday night, Bullock had the nerve to claim that the City's only recourse was to sue "ourselves". With "leaders" like this guy it is no wonder we are in litigation--and more is on the horizon.
Bullock needs to go---he's lazy, not very bright and speaks with a forked tongue.
Shame on you Tom!
P.S. Tom, don't whine about "personal attacks"--deal with the facts--take ownership of your horrid complicity.
