Kids back to school...please slow down!!!

Ok gang...I know every year this same discussion is had...and every year I feel like people should know this...it is back to school....SLOW DOWN!!!! Driving down Waterbury like you are doing a drag race is not cool. Flying thru school zones ...not cool. I swear if police would monitor the school zones they city would make a fortune.
