I posted this a couple months ago that in the coming months the mayor and others would
offer anything, anything you can dream, dream big, but it is all captured so well in this
folk song from the turn of the century.
Take the time, listen and read and see if it does not sound exactly like the mayor's offer.
Of course this dark folk song is about an old hobo trying desperately to talk young boys
to run away with him to

I have a dream a BIG DREAM, a mayor and city hall that actually respects the residents,
and is honest, and spends less on crisis and spin than on the public parks.

Hopefully, the people of Lakewood have enough sense to elect Mike Skindell as Mayor.
