The Observation Deck

This afternoon a pedistrian was hit in one of the most dangerous intersections in Lakewood,
Cook and Detroit, right outside of the LO Offices. 1 person transported to hospital.

Then right after the rain a one car MVA on I-90 saw two go to the hospital.
