Why have revenues and profits at the hospital rapidly declined since January 15, 2015?

The answer is also simple and obvious.

Why is everyone in a position to change the results avoiding the question?

We've all heard the routine...."Metro's not coming!", "The Building is collapsing", "an empty hospital", "only offer on the table", yadda yadda yadda
These negatives are all a direct result of the Mayor and LHA's failure.

She points out the massive failures of the Mayor, LHA, and Clinic....and then asks us to trust those very same bad actors going forward.
