Just Another Emotional Rant From Someone Who Doesn't Get It

Last night someone told me they were just at University Hospital's new rehab facility in Avon. With a slight nod to me he said that "facility is just like what is going to be built by the Clinic in Lakewood". I thought, really?
Here is the facility he was talking about:

The 50-bed facility, scheduled to be completed in early 2016, is to include a gymnasium, training suites, therapeutic pool and outdoor recreation areas. Does that sound like the new Family Health Center?
The facility also is to include a brain injury unit and a stroke program. Does that sound like the new Family Health Center?
The new facility will allow patients to have physical, occupational and speech language therapies in the same building, Sheldon said. There also will be rehabilitation nursing and clinical services for patients recovering from neurological, orthopedic and cardiac conditions, as well as traumatic injuries. Does that sound like the new Family Health Center?
There's more!
It will be the second rehabilitation facility in Avon. Cleveland Clinic is expanding in a joint venture with Pennsylvania-based Select Medical to open a rehab center that will employ 200 people, in addition to the 1,200 employees at the Richard E. Jacobs Health Center just off Nagel Road.
And any Lakewood resident who asks questions about plans for Lakewood are just a "vocal minority" who just don't get it.
OK. I just don't get it. Please explain it to me.
