Someone I know recently had surgery at Lakewood Hospital. Everything went well but she needs about 12 weeks of rehab.
The problem is that her doctor has been transferred to Avon and the rehab at Lakewood Hospital was transferred to Avon. She tried to get the office on aging bus to take her to Avon but they declined.
When the rest of Lakewood's medical services are transferred to Avon will the office on aging bus be able to transport all those patients to Avon?

And yet another example of not understanding cause-and-effect. This whole thing wreaks of shortsideness.
