Has Mr. Butler, as requested, released the minutes for The Lakewood Hospital Association?

Some of them.
Which begs another huge question...
If the Hospital Association is not part of the City, then would it not be a conflict of interest
for Kevin Butler to do anything in this but recuse himself from any part.
City Hall does not understand, conflict of interest, fiduciary responsibility, or morally correct.
My opinion.

Jim, Thanks for the response. "Some of them" - is Mr. Butler now in the business of doling out transparency? There's a real stench emanating from all of this that no "crisis management team" will be able to remove. It's coming off Summers, Madigan and the cabal that runs Lakewood as if by divine right and it will linger long after this process runs it's course. In an election year it is imperative to note who at city hall is closing ranks with Summers and Madigan and who is fighting to get at the truth of what went down with The Cleveland Clinic and Lakewood Hospital.

That, my friend, is a huge understatement.
My opinion.

If the board and foundation are successful in changing the record retention requirements the shredders will be working overtime so he better hurry.
If this is such a great deal then why the need to hide EVERTHING about the deal?
