This was mentioned by Lori Allen inside one of the other threads, but I thought it should be shared.

Saturday (March 14th) at 4:00 P.M. there is a meeting of the "Save Lakewood Hospital" group in the multipurpose room of the main library on Detroit. All are welcome at these meetings and they are a good opportunity to gain knowledge of what is happening. Hope to see you there.

It's a great place to go, and found out the steps to stop this deal or try to save the hospital.

For the facts, follow my posts, as it would seem there is only a couple people that understand
the deal they signed. Which is best described by some that understand it as, "The best of
a terrible deal that could be salvaged." Rarely as "$120 million in development!!!!" as we
were told by two of our elected officials who were in on it.

We were honored tonight to be among neighbors committed to saving Lakewood Hospital. Neighbors who believe in transparency in city government, who believe in the principle of an honest process, which perversely puts them at odds with Mr. Summers, Mr. Siley and Ms. Madigan. Their disgrace.
