Brrrrrrrrrrr! Now That's A Cold Patch!

Lakewood street crews have done a great job this year keeping up with the storms and the
cold. While driving home the other day, I ran into this crew cold patching some of the pot
holes, and I did have to wonder...
... is it worth it?
Patching a bad street.
In this weather nearly impossible to pack down, and with snow and water underneath
doubtful if it stays the day.
