Lakewood Chickens? What About Eagles?

Post by Gary Rice »

Around noontime today, Dad and I were driving by Jim O'Bryan's home on our way to lunch, when we saw a beautiful sight. One of Jim's Bald Eagle friends was actually circling over his house. It was fascinating, because the raptor then proceeded to land right on the tree in front of his home!

Since Jim is such a strong proponent of our local Baldys, with all his beautiful photos, we were not at all surprised to see one of them paying him a house call. :D

Being bird lovers, Dad and I were delighted to see Jim's own personal eagle. :D

Having had companion birds of our own for years, we can attest that feathered friends are very intelligent beings. :D

They know who cares about them. :D

It would appear that you have a special friend, Jim. :D

Just keep your hat on whenever you leave your home, lest your friend try to feed you with her carrion.

Back to the banjo... :D
