Craig
Your shots are stunning as always.
Thank you for waiting, with photos this good it had to kill you.
Here are mine as "approved" by OSU and LHS requirements...

Around noon 5 buses with Ohio State University logos pulled up on Bunts Road. About the same time as text messages
started coming in. When it is sports almost always Stephanie Toole is the first to text. "I just saw OSU buses..."
As I walked up to find those in charge, a man walking the dog asked, "What is going on?"
"OSU Band going to stretch their legs and take in a quick practice." The night before they were entertaining people at
the OSU vs. Penn State football game. Now they were coming to Cleveland to play at half time at the Browns vs. Raiders
game. After hours on the buses everyone was glad to get off even if it meant unloading and loading all the equipment.

One of the "i" doters getting ready to go in in front of the First Federal Lakewood Stadium sign.

A small handful of people had shown up. Mostly family members of OSU Band or LHS Band who had been given notice.

First ones in were the drum majors who walked off the field.

Then the band drifted in.

And suddenly they assembled and off they went, and they sounded great.

They warmed up with a couple numbers.

Tried some marching...

Then they took a break, and started another march...

Thanked the crowd which had grown ten-fold and...

... went back to the buses.

What a wonderful way to spend lunch in Lakewood on a beautiful Autumn Day!
Thank you Ohio State Marching Band, Lakewood High Marching Band, and all the people who sent me the tip.
Ohio State had asked all to not take pictures or post to social media. I was told to wait until deadline.
Well it's deadline!
