The Observation Deck

Hi all, is there a marathon or something today
on Lake Ave? I just drove around the barricades
to drop my daughter off at a friend's and was
barricaded in on the way back also. Drove
around more barricades. I suppose I
could've asked the police hanging around.

Does anybody know what's up?
