X________X at the Beachland, Lakewoodites Come Home

Saturday night the legendary John Morton brought X_______X to the Beachland Ballroom, and with him were legendary bassist and Lakewoodite Craig Willis Bell, Andrew Klimek, and
Matthew Albert Harris to do some of their hits, and some of the new material.
John grew up on Kenneth, graduated in 1971 from Lakewood High, Craig grew up on West
Clifton, graduated in 1970, and Andrew grew up on Graber, and Graduated in 1980. John
was the founder of the legendary "electric eels" that were recently recognized for the first
punk record ever, "Agitated" by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. So with that, and the fact
the Dead Boys lived and worked here, Lakewood is the home of "PUNK" deal with it.

Another legendary Cleveland band Home and Garden opened for X______X. Here owner of
the Beachland Ballroom/Tavern Cindy Barber records them.

Then X_______X took to the stage.

One of my best friends, Craig Bell, backing up one of my favorite people John Morton.

Cleveland early bands like eleectric eels, Dead Boys, X________X, Rocket from the Tombs,
Home and Garden, Mirrors (another Lakewood band) are in big demand all over the country.

John checking messages in the middle of a song.

All too soon it was over.
