Large tree down in a backyard about 6 houses south of Clifton. It took out a main power line.

As I started to post this there was report of a wire down in the street in Lauderdale, and we have gusty
winds and more rain coming so BE SAFE!

The Clean Up

I hope the new ones are this strong. The shelter too a direct hit by a killer branch, and by daylight, OK.

Image
City crews working through the night got sidewalks and streets cleared.

Image
Even small trees were affected.

Though in morning light it would seem the tree on Algier was a car into a pole on Algier.

BE SAFE

Trees are also "credible concerns for public safety" ... and should never be allowed near parks where children play.
