Demolition Finally Approved for Lake/117 Church

The Hilliard Theater isn't the only local building that is finally getting its date with the wrecking ball.
The City of Cleveland has approved demolition of the First Church of Christ Scientist on the Lakewood border. It will become a mixed use development.

I think this will be a positive for Lakewood...anything that improves the western edge of Cleveland is good for Lakewood's east end.
