Who Replaces Fitz?

The Cuyahoga County Executive job has been called by some "the second most powerful position in the state".
However, next week's primary is getting virtually no media coverage or "water cooler talk".
The Sin Tax issue is getting all the "buzz" (can I use that word here?)
Armond Budish, the presumed Democratic frontrunner, has chosen not to do TV advertising.
The other candidates apparently lack the money to do so.
I've seen a few yard signs out there, but have gotten no mailed literature and seen no other active campaigning.
I don't hear anyone discussing county issues (except, of course, for the sin tax)
Any thoughts?
