Good work Lakewood Fire Department!

In a city filled with 100 year-old wood structures 20 feet apart, these guys are so needed
and appreciated.

Video of the first at 15005 Athens yesterday!

Look how fast the firemen go into the building and put the fire out!

Last week, on the Madison Avenue arson case, Lakewood Fire Department had a stairway collapse
sending 4 firemen into the basement. Yet as they do so often, running into a burning building to
put out the flames, save the people and more often than not, 1he 80-year-old+ structure.

Lakewood is lucky, we great great safety forces.

Jim,

Not so much lucky, but truly blessed to be served and protected by such highly trained, motivated and dedicated emergency first responders...Fire/EMS and Police. God I love our city!
Be well, be safe my Brothers and Sisters!
