getting sick of looking at the misshapen, awkward pvc candy canes on madison ave. love the businesses there, great folks to be sure, but it's time to retire the canes already. they looked crappy during the holidays, they look crappy still. i was sorta wondering why the city doesn't care that they are still up. oh wait, it's madison.

what sort of power does this observation deck yield?

I've been confronted with the eyesore candy canes since mid-December. I post my disdain of them here. then an half hour later, poof, they are gone.

thanks crazy, powerful deck!

Kate,

To paraphrase various Star Wars characters:

    Don't underestimate the Deck!

The Deck is what gives residents their powers. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us. It binds the 'Wood together.

The Deck can have a strong influence on the weak-minded.

"City Hall and Friends" claim to never read the Deck and, yet, they always seem to know what I post.
