Space Aliens And Cuyahoga County Development Policy

If there are billions and billions of stars in the universe and billions and billions of planets there must be other intelligent civilizations out there. That's the theory anyway. Italian physicist Enrico Fermi asked the obvious question: "Where is everybody?"

If billions and billions of taxpayer subsidies for stadiums, hotels, restaurants and apartments leads to economic growth then

Where is everybody?

But I do not remember the mass exodus that "CLE+" has caused.
