On the coldest night of this winter, the fire department was called to 1359 Brockley.
When a neighbor shoveling snow noticed his neighbors basement filling up with water.
They entered the vacant home, finding out that the home was in foreclosure and had no
tenants living inside, and shut off the main water line.
