What's your angle?
Who are you brown nosing?
What bet did you lose?

This side of you with positive comments could catch on!

Come on, come on you cannot say that Detroit Avenue is at not least a little better than it
was when Ed was in office. Mayor Summers and the General have made it clear they do
not want Lakewood slipping back to those days of empty storefronts and crime. Well at least
the empty storefront part.

I have many friends who have stopped in after being out of town for some time and are
amazed at how much better Detroit Avenue looks, well that and different.

I would say the more important question is how do the residents near these new built-up
business districts feel? After all City Hall is here at the request of the, well, because of
the vote of the residents.

It would seem they have an idea, it is just on the execution things always seem to come up short.
