apparently, insurance companies are using loopholes and disengenous tactics in this politically charged atmosphere to try and steer people into buying worse and more expensive policies.

or they are just following the law (ACA) duhhhhh who wrote the law?

This is all BS, and you know it.

First millions are subject to changed policies every year. If you have insurance you know it.

Also hundreds of thousands are dumped from insurance every year. If you have gotten sick
seriously on a plan, I am sure you had it happen to you. I have.

Then most of the plans ruled crap by the ACA are joke policies.

Finally 90% of those complaining have not even looked to see if their company offers the
plan under another format for even cheaper.

Finally in the states where the governors have signed on early, they have found that 90%
of those looking for policies have found them cheaper, some by as much as 60%. While
if you are young, and you have a worthless policy, you will end up paying more, but you
will also end up getting more.

Why you, in your situation would be pro crappy insurance is beyond me.

Yes, millions are subject to policy changes every year. But, millions are now losing their insurance as a result of the ACA. change versus loss.. Funny, if it is such a great plan then why did Obama exempt himself from his own law? The net result of the ACA will be that 30,000,000 Americans will remain without insurance according to the CBO. Doooh! But, its only going to add $6 Trillion to the Debt over the next 10 years....
